É o regresso de Cheese – As formas do leite, evento bianual a Bra (Piemonte) de 18 a 21 de Setembro 2009, organizado pelo Slow Food e pela cidade de Bra, que já chegou à sua sétima edição. O evento internacional tornou-se um ponto de referência para os artesãos da fileira mundial do queijo e para um vasto público de apreciadores, graças à sua capacidade de apresentar “as mil almas do queijo”, desde os animais produtores de leite até o produto acabado.
