Slow Fish in Action
Slow Food believes that the issues around sustainable fishing need to be confronted with optimism and passion. When we see the devastation caused by intensive fishing, we can't just cry over a lost world.
Instead, we have chosen to put our passion for good food at the service of an enthusiastic promotion of good practices, based on accurate information about the state of marine resources.
